Sent on the wrong network
Crypto sent on the wrong network is often still yours. What you can do depends on where it went: your own address, an exchange, or another kind of network.
Transfer hasn't arrived
A transfer arrives once the network confirms it, and an exchange credits it after that. Check its status with the TXID, then the network and address.
Pending or stuck transactions
A pending transaction is waiting for the network to confirm it. Most confirm on their own; on some networks you can also speed it up or cancel it.
Transaction failed
A failed transaction moves nothing, but the network keeps the fee. Find out why it failed, fix the cause, then try again.
Balance not showing
A missing balance is usually a sync delay, the wrong network, or a token that's hidden or not added. Check these causes in order to find yours.
Gas fees and Gas Card

Not enough gas
