Deposit or receive crypto

To get crypto into FxWallet, tap Receive on the Wallet tab, pick the coin on the network the sender will use, and give them your address or its QR code. The sender must send on that same network.

Receive crypto​

  1. On the Wallet tab, tap Receive.
  2. Search for the coin, and pick it on the network the sender will use.
  3. Tap Copy to copy your address, or let the sender scan the QR code. To ask for a set amount, tap Amount. To send the QR code in another app, tap Share.

Agree on the network with the sender. When you withdraw from an exchange, choose the withdrawal network that matches the coin you picked in FxWallet: for example BEP20 (BSC) for USDT on BNB Chain. Crypto sent on another network may not arrive. See I sent crypto on the wrong network.

Good to know​

  • Your address is safe to share: nobody can take your crypto with it.
  • On EVM networks, your address is the same on every network, so the network the sender chooses decides where the crypto arrives.
  • You don't need a memo to receive crypto in FxWallet.
  • Send a small amount first when you use an address or a network for the first time.
  • Crypto shows up once the network confirms the transfer. If it doesn't arrive, see Why hasn't my transfer arrived?
