Official FxWallet channels

These are FxWallet's official channels. If a website, app, account or message claims to be FxWallet and isn't listed here, treat it as fake.

FxWallet support never messages you first, and never asks for your mnemonic phrase or private key. Anyone who does is a scammer, even in an official group or in the replies to an official post.

Websites​

Official web addresses are fxwallet.com or end in .fxwallet.com. Check the address before you enter anything or connect your wallet: fake sites use look-alike addresses with extra words, letters or dashes.

Apps​

FxWallet is on the App Store and Google Play, and the Android APK is on www.fxwallet.com. See Download FxWallet and check it's genuine.

Social accounts​

Check a channel before you trust it​

  • Open channels from the links on this page or on www.fxwallet.com, not from links in messages, comments or ads.
  • Check the account name or web address letter by letter. Impersonators copy names and logos.
  • If you're not sure, email a screenshot to [email protected] and ask. Report accounts that pretend to be FxWallet the same way.
