Why hasn't my transfer arrived?

A transfer arrives only after the network confirms it, and an exchange credits a deposit only after the network has confirmed it enough times. Check the transfer's status first: it tells you what to do next, and who can help.

Check the status

1. Find the transfer's transaction hash (TXID):
   • Sent from FxWallet: on the Wallet tab, tap the coin, then tap the transfer in its history.
   • Sent from an exchange: find it in your withdrawal history on the exchange. If there's no transaction hash yet, the exchange hasn't sent the transfer: ask the exchange.
2. Look up the transaction hash in a block explorer for the network, such as Etherscan for Ethereum or BscScan for BNB Chain.

If it succeeded but you don't see it

• Sent to FxWallet: check that you're looking at the network it was sent on, and that the token is added. See Why is my balance not showing?
• Sent to an exchange: each exchange credits a deposit after a number of network confirmations that it sets. If the explorer shows the transfer confirmed and the exchange still hasn't credited it, contact the exchange's support with the transaction hash. FxWallet can't see or speed up an exchange's deposits.
• The network isn't the one you meant: see I sent crypto on the wrong network.
• The exchange asked for a memo or destination tag, and the transfer had none: see Memo and destination tag.
• The address isn't the one you meant: compare it character by character. A confirmed transfer to the wrong address can't be reversed, and FxWallet can't get it back.
