Why Is My Balance Not Showing?
Sometimes wallet balances may not update immediately after a transaction. Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Common Reasons
Network Synchronization Delay
Blockchain nodes may temporarily delay balance updates after a transaction is confirmed. This is usually resolved within a few minutes.
Wrong Network Selected
Assets sent on one network will not appear if you are viewing a different network. For example, USDT on BNB Chain will not show under the Ethereum network. Make sure you are on the correct network.
Token Not Added
Custom or less common tokens may not appear automatically. You need to manually add the token using its contract address via the Add Custom Token feature.
RPC Errors
Temporary node instability may affect balance loading. This is usually resolved automatically.
Solutions
- Pull down to refresh the wallet balance.
- Switch to a different network and switch back.
- Manually add the token using its contract address.
- Wait a few minutes and retry.
- Restart the FxWallet app.
